A list of designing blogs and sites that all you designers and webmasters need to read. WOW!

The list includes: A List Apart, Boxes & Arrows, Sitepoint, Think Vitamin, Design Melt Down, etc, The funny thing is that the list has a section of News sites where Digg, Newsvine, etc. can be found.

Seems that I’m reading all of them but what I would like to read is some kind of the website which will cover the most interesting we design materials from all of them. The question is that what is interestin for me maybe not of great interest to some other designers…

Web Design is 95% Typography. Get Back to the Basics!

95% of the information on the web is written language. It is only logic to say that a web designer should get good training in the main discipline of shaping written information, in other words: Typography.

Many of nowadays so-called designers especially web designers have no professional education, but what is a professional education for a web designer. It’s not about Flash of HTML skills though they are also required. The basics is text design or Typography.
